Delivery

Orders are dispatched Monday through Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. Orders placed after 5 PM on Friday will be dispatched on Monday. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched. 

 

STANDARD DELIVERY - FREE (ON ORDERS OVER $99)

• Free on all U.S. orders over $99

• Orders under $99: $9.95

• Delivery time: 5-9 working days

• Dispatched via DHL 

 

EXPRESS DELIVERY - $20

• Available for all U.S. orders placed before 5 PM (Monday-Friday)

• Delivery time: 2 working days

• Dispatched via DHL Express 

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

We strive to provide the most accurate delivery information possible. However, please note that occasionally, factors beyond our control may cause delays. 
Once your order has been dispatched, it is not possible to change the delivery address. If you need to amend your order before dispatch, please contact our Customer Service team, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

If your items are delivered to the correct address, it is your responsibility to return them to us in order to receive a refund. We recommend checking your order carefully upon arrival. 

 

DELAYED OR MISSING PARCELS

If you do not receive your parcel within the expected delivery window after receiving a dispatch email, please contact us. You have 30 days from the dispatch confirmation email to report a non-delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds after this period.
