ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS

1. Collection, Use, Disclosure, and Retention of Personal Information.
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (“CCPA”), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CPRA”), requires us to provide you with certain information about the categories of “personal information” (as defined in the CCPA) that we collect, the purpose for which we use each category of personal information, and the categories of entities to which we disclose such personal information for a business purpose. This information is provided in the Privacy Policy - section titled “INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND HOW WE USE IT.” Some of the personal information we collect may be deemed “sensitive” under the CCPA, such as precise geolocation information and information about your pregnancy. We retain your personal information as described in the section titled “RETENTION.”
2. Your CCPA and CPRA Rights.
In addition to the rights you have in the “Your Rights and Choices” section of the Privacy Policy, under the CCPA and CPRA, you also have the following rights: (i) the right to correct inaccurate personal information that we maintain about you (ii) the right to limit the use or disclosure of your “sensitive personal information” (e.g. precise geolocation, financial details, race/ethnicity) (iii) the right to opt-out of automated decision making and profiling related to employment, financial lending or targeted advertising and (iv) the right to receive information about the financial incentives that we offer to you, if any. You have the right to not be discriminated against (as provided for in applicable law) for exercising certain of your rights. 3. “Sale”, “Sharing” and “Security”.
The CCPA requires us to provide you with information about how we (a) “share” personal information for “cross-context behavioral advertising,” and/or (b) “sell” such personal information. Under the CCPA, “sharing” is defined as the targeting of advertising to a consumer based on that consumer’s personal information obtained from the consumer’s activity across websites, and “selling” is defined as the disclosure of personal information to third parties in exchange for monetary or other valuable consideration. Our use of third-party online advertising services may result in the sharing of online identifiers (e.g., cookie data, IP addresses, device identifiers, and usage information) in a way that may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” under the CCPA, as is our disclosure of your contact information to our partners so that they can send you more relevant marketing. We do not knowingly “sell” or “share” the personal information of children under 16.
SECURITY
We implement reasonable security measures to protect personal information, including encryption, secure servers and restricted access to sensitive data. However, no system is completely secure and users should take appropriate steps to protect their information.
