Returns
You have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to return items purchased at BenSherman.com.
US ORDERS
You may return items via mail for a full refund in the original form of payment, excluding outbound shipping charges and a return shipping charge of $7.95. The $7.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your total return amount.
Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and have all original hangtags, tickets, tags and/or labels attached. Underwear is non-returnable. Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
If there are any issues with the delivery of an order, such as non-delivery or damage to products, BenSherman.com must be notified within 14 days of the shipping date or we will be unable to assist with replacement or refund.
Returns received after the 30-day mark may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
All Final Sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned for refund. We do not make exceptions. Please note that our size guide is not a guarantee of fit, and colors may vary from what is pictured due to photography and lighting. During promotions of sale on sale, all previously-reduced sale items are final sale.
To start a US return:
Visit our Returns Portal
- Complete the step-by-step guide in the returns portal and print your shipping label and packing slip.
- Pack your item(s) in the shipping box in which your order arrived or in similar protective packaging. Be sure to include your packing slip with your items.
- Use the return shipping label to ship the package to BenSherman.com.
Keep record of the tracking number on your return shipping label. Tracking numbers are not linked to your account.
Please allow 5-10 days for returns to be processed upon receipt in our Returns Center. You will be notified via email once your return is complete. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for the shipping of returned, unwanted items.
Please note that we do not offer exchanges; if you need a different size or item, you'll need to place a new order.
International Orders
Please follow steps below:
International orders require a return authorization.
To return items from your international order, you must contact our international shipping partner, GlobalShopex, at CustomerCare@GlobalShopex.com to begin the return process. Once they have issued a return authorization you will return your item(s) to GlobalShopex for processing.
If you are shipping internationally and wish to exchange an item, please place a new order online for the replacement item and return the original item to GlobalShopex for a refund.
Gift Card Used as Full or Partial Payment:
All returned orders that have been paid using a gift card will be refunded to the same gift card used to place the order.
All split tender payments will receive are fund first to the gift card used to pay and then to the credit card.
PayPal Purchases:
Merchandise returns that used PayPal as the original payment method are directly billed through PayPal. Payment information for these purchases is not provided to our company.
PayPal returns are processed through our system as standard returns. Once a return has been processed, the PayPal account used for the original purchase is refunded within 2-5 business days.
We cannot process exchanges using PayPal. If you wish to exchange an item originally purchased with PayPal, you must return your item via the returns portal here and place a new order for the item you wish to exchange it for.
Gift exchanges are not available for orders placed using PayPal. All returns paid using PayPal are refunded back to the original PayPal account.
